All customers have to register and log in for placing orders on the Website. You have to keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the Website. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the customer agrees to receive promotional communication and newsletters upon registration. The customer can opt out either by unsubscribing in "My Account" or by contacting the customer service.

All the products listed on the Website will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery.

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders with/without providing any notification to the Customer. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

We reserve the right to impose limits on the number of transactions or transaction price which we may receive from an individual Valid Credit/Debit/ Cash Card / Valid Bank Account/ and such other infrastructure or any other financial instrument directly or indirectly through payment aggregator or through any such facility authorized by Reserve Bank of India to provide enabling support facility for collection and remittance of payment or by an individual customer during any time period, and reserve the right to refuse to process transactions exceeding such limit.

We reserve the right to refuse to process transactions by customers with a prior history of questionable charges including without limitation breach of this Agreement by customer or breach/violation of any law or any charges imposed by issuing Bank or breach of any policy.

We may delay notifying the payment confirmation i.e. informing seller to dispatch if we deem suspicious or for buyers conducting high transaction volumes to ensure the safety of the transaction and transaction price.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
